Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. In this role, you will work to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences across multiple platforms, and drive overall digital marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, images, videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Plan and run social media campaigns (both organic and paid), monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Interact with users, manage comments and messages, and build strong community relationships.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply these insights to optimize strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to measure performance and ROI.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns on social media (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles and content marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
