We are seeking an enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development:
• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• API & Backend Services:
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
• Front-End Implementation:
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js along with state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API) and UI frameworks.
• Database Management:
• Manage and optimize data storage in MongoDB, ensuring efficient data retrieval and scalability.
• Code Quality & Best Practices:
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry standards, perform unit testing, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in the MERN ecosystem to enhance development processes and product performance.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with Express.js and MongoDB, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):
