Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and create personas to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
• Develop low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma. Iterate designs based on user testing and feedback.
• UI Design:
• Create compelling and consistent visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance overall user experience.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers and product managers—to translate requirements into intuitive digital solutions.
• Design Systems & Documentation:
• Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across products.
• Usability Testing:
• Conduct usability tests and analyze performance metrics to continually refine and improve designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in Figma with a robust portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch) is advantageous.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
