Job Overview:

Cyphersol.com is offering a 3–6 month Flutter Development Internship aimed at aspiring mobile app developers seeking hands-on experience building and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform applications. Interns will work closely with our senior developers and design teams to bring real-world projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Assist in designing, coding, and maintaining Flutter-based mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Dart.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect UI code.
• Performance & Optimization: Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Code Reviews & Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Testing & Debugging: Assist in writing and executing unit and integration tests, and troubleshoot issues to ensure application reliability.
• Innovation & Learning: Explore new Flutter libraries, plugins, and ecosystem updates; share insights and recommendations with the team.
• Version Control & Documentation: Document code changes and manage project versions using Git, ensuring smooth collaboration across the team.
• API Integration: Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring data is handled securely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Redux).
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture principles.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to commit 15–20 hours per week for the duration of the 3–6 month internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Firebase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
• Exposure to native iOS/Android development or other cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
